IG CloudOps welcomed Pedro, one of the Portuguese development team, last week, to work alongside the UK based team. As Pedro is an avid climber, it was decided to take the team to the Boardroom climbing experience in Queensferry.

Sad News - passing of a fondly remembered colleague
Sadly, on the 7th April Moria Rastall, a fondly remembered member of the igroup team, passed away. Moria helped in the early years of igroup’s history as our company secretary, retiring in 2008. She was a positive and bubbly personality to be around and our condolences go out her friends and family.

Microsoft Open UK Azure Data Centres
Microsoft have announced that they have opened a number of UK Azure Data Centres which allow them to provide public cloud services including Office 365 to industries such as banking and local government where data needs to be hosted in the UK.
