Security standards and audits

We take security seriously, both of our CloudOps infrastructure and the security audits we offer to customers. 

For details on the tools, we use for security monitoring and scanning click here.

For secure management of cloud credentials we use the best practice standards from AWS (CloudFormation) & Azure (Azure Lighthouse)

We also carry out Penetration testing on our own cloud infrastructure periodically. Anyone can also report weaknesses in our platform and connected tools through our responsible disclosure program, by emailing support@igcloudops.com with the details. We will review and take any appropriate actions immediately. 

We also adhere to the cyber essentials standards.

Keeping your data safe

The security of your data is important to us. We keep your data encrypted in our databases and we have multiple mechanisms to protect it.

How long do we keep your data?

Your information and data will be stored for as long as your account is active or until you request it be removed. 

You can ask for you deta to be removed under GDPR. To do this just email support@igcloudops.com and ask that it be removed. 

Who will be able to access my data?

We run the least privilege models for access to data. Only your technology adoption manager and the CloudOps support team will be able to access your account data. 

We do not sell or give access to your data to third parties.

Where is my data stored?

CloudOps is a hosted software application and the data is stored in AWS & Azure European data centres. It will be held in two or three EU data centres to ensure continuity in case of an outage.
